How does free delivery sound?

As you may remember, Southern offers free delivery on larger orders.  (To see how easy this works, visit FAQ #4 on Southern’s website, “What is the charge for shipping?” http://www.svmllc.com/faq.)  And http://www.svmllc.com/blog/deliver-me-high-delivery-fees-please.

What about free delivery on any size order shipped from our plant in Kinston, NC to your place of business? Now Southern has a plan that does just that.

Introducing FREEPASS, beginning 12/1/09. The way to earn free or discounted delivery on future smaller and fill-in orders.

Make delivery charges disappear.

FREEPASS coupons make delivery costs fade away. How? By discounting shipping and handling charges by as much as 100% on future orders.

How do you earn FREEPASS coupons?  Coupons are issued electronically upon invoicing a

•       - $2,000 qualifying Zone 1 shipment: earns an XWAY FREEPASS coupon, good for 100% discount on shipping/handling charges on a future fill-in shipment from our Kinston plant. (XWAY  is shorthand for Expressway)
•       - $1,000 to $1,999 shipment: earns an HOV FREEPASS coupon, good for a 50% discount on future orders. (HOV is shorthand for High Occupancy Vehicle Lane)
•       - $500 to $999 shipment: earns a CR FREEPASS, good for a 25% discount on future orders. (CR is shorthand for Country Road)

One coupon per original invoice transaction.  Consolidate multiple orders into one shipping transaction to earn a higher level FREEPASS coupon.

And you can double the number of coupons awarded by using Partner View to place your orders. Partner View is our online store, open 24x7 and is a free service from Southern. How do you redeem coupons?

You need do nothing to redeem FREEPASS coupons. Southern is responsible for issuing, tracking, notifying, implementing and redeeming your coupons.  Use with any future Kinston plant fill-in order within 30 days of coupon issuance. Consolidate multiple coupons until they add up to a maximum discount of 100% on shipping and handling fees.
