Founded in 1997, Southern Vinyl Manufacturing is one of the largest independent fabricators of vinyl fence and vinyl rail systems. Southern Vinyl serves building material distributors and fence installation companies throughout the United States. And now, we have begun international shipments. Based in Raleigh, N.C., with a 15,000 square-foot manufacturing facility in Kinston, N.C., Southern Vinyl Manufacturing has become the most recognized name in PVC fence and PVC rail systems to building professionals in all the markets we serve.
