Southern Vinyl Manufacturing Opens Corporate
Facility in Raleigh

RALEIGH, NC, April 25, 2006—Southern Vinyl Manufacturing, a leader in the design, manufacture and sale of PVC railing and fences, has announced the opening of a second facility located at the Six Forks Office Park in Raleigh, NC. The new space will serve as Southern Vinyl’s Corporate Center. The office has been operational since March 1 and will serve as business headquarters for the company. Southern Vinyl’s administrative and strategic work will occur there. Product manufacturing and customer service will continue at the company’s 15,000 square foot facility located in Kinston, NC.

Southern Vinyl management acquired the Raleigh office space to make business meetings more convenient for future and existing clients and suppliers. Raleigh’s central location coupled with the proximity of RDU International Airport will make business travel, especially by air, easier for a majority of Southern Vinyl’s clientele.

“As part of the company’s planned growth agenda, Southern Vinyl opened the Corporate Center in Raleigh to coordinate all strategic and administrative activities for the company,” said Rod Matthews, Managing Partner of Southern. “This move will streamline our company’s major business transactions, allowing us to be more efficient for our clients and suppliers.”
